"We enjoyed our stay at Lena's. The cabin was well kept and clean, beds slept well, and everything worked as it should. It is a good value with the number of beds, ramp and docks right there, fire rings and grills, and restaurant on site. The restaurant has a fantastic salad bar, and the service we experienced was top notch."

"We had a private dinner after our memorial service for about 40 people. Honestly I would recommend this place to anyone. The prices were very reasonable and plenty of food. Any kind of questions or concerns were taken care of immediately and professionally. Lena's Northern Pines Resort was not only a wonderful and relaxing place on the inside but an absolute gorgeous setting on the outside. The whole experience is a must if you ever need a place for a private party, this would be it."

"We stayed at Lena's for a wedding that was nearby. We had one of the studio units. It was clean and cute / cozy. The restaurant on site had amazing food - best in the area. We rented a pontoon one day which was perfect. The lake is very large and was a picturesque setting for our stay. Would recommend!"

"My girlfriend and I were first-time visitors on Saturday, February 1, and had a late-afternoon lunch. We ordered a sampler appetizer of fried cheese curds, onion rings, and mushrooms, which was great, but the 6-piece chicken tenders were even better! They were HUGE, fresh chicken breast, and hand-battered....delicious! The dining room, bar, and entire grounds were very clean and organized, and it's obvious the owners take a lot of pride in it...so nice to see! I'd highly recommend Lena's!

"Absolutely love the food here! My husband and I have been here five times now. The food and service are amazing. We have eaten all over the world and truly recommend. We have brought our grown children and grandchildren and all were very happy with the dining experience. Thankful to have a nice restaurant to dine at. Butternut is very easy to find as well."
