NORTHERN PINES RESORT POLICIES

LODGING POLICIES

The Northern Pines Resort is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival to cancel your reservation. Cancelations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee, or forfeit of deposit, whichever is less.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than this notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

A Deposit in the amount of 50% is taken at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation and is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due on the date of your reservation arrival and charged to the card on file. Major credit cards are accepted.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. The resort also reserves the right to move cabin reservations to equal units. This confirmation is only confirming a room or cabin type, not a specific cabin. We will make every attempt to give you the room unit requested or shown on this confirmation. Please understand that circumstances may exist that cause us to change your confirmed unit to an identical one without notice.

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. We have new locks installed on our unit doors that are keyless. You will receive an email about 5 days before arrival that will have your door access code in it.

Check-out: 10:00 AM.

Each unit is fully furnished including bath and dish towels and a charcoal grill. Daily towel/linen refresh service is not included or available. All guests have access to our 24-hour resort laundry.

Each unit has a smart TV, or Roku device attached. Please bring your streaming services and enjoy your content on our TVs. Cable TV is not available in lodging units. We do have a full sports programming package in the restaurant/bar.

Absolutely No Smoking inside our residences ; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A $250 deep cleaning charge will be applied if there is evidence of smoking within the cabin or lodge.

We welcome you to bring your own boat to launch and dock on the pier, however you are only allowed one space per unit. Additional space may be available at the cost of $25.00 per day.

Dogs are welcome to join you for an additional fee. The rate is $25 per day per dog. Pets are not to be allowed on any resort furniture. A deep cleaning charge will apply for removal of pet dander on any cloth furniture. Pets must be leashed and in owner's care and control at all times. Pets may not be left unattended at any time, and may not be a nuisance to other guests. Any damage to property caused by pets is the responsibility of the individual that booked the cabin or lodge. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET!

NO CARRY IN FIREWOOD PLEASE
Please help us protect our trees and protect the beauty of the resort
and our surrounding area. To help prevent the spread of gypsy moth, emerald ash borer, oak wilt and other invasive pests and diseases, firewood is sold here at minimal markup to cover our costs.


GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Please let us know in advance that a Gift Certificate will be used. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates have no cash value and as such cannot be redeemed for cash or used for gratuities.

RESTAURANT HOURS
The restaurant has variable service hours depending on season. Please see our website or Facebook page for current hours.
